Co-Founder / Case Manager 

Emily Bush is a seasoned recovery professional with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating substance use and mental health challenges. She is a CCAPP-Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC I), an IRI-Certified Recovery Specialist, and an ARISE-trained interventionist, with extensive experience working with both adults and adolescents.

Emily has served as a sober companion, sober mentor, and case manager across a wide range of treatment settings, including inpatient, sober living, and independent aftercare environments. Her work includes long- and short-term companion cases, interstate and international transport, dual-diagnosis support, and close collaboration with clinical teams, families, and referral partners to ensure continuity of care beyond primary treatment.

With 18 years of personal recovery, Emily brings a grounded, empathetic, and highly relational approach to her work—balancing structure, accountability, and compassion. She is known for her ability to build trust quickly, document progress thoroughly, and help clients establish sustainable routines that support long-term stability and independence.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from California State University, Northridge, and remains deeply committed to supporting recovery as a lifelong process—one built on connection, consistency, and informed care.

Lucas Marshall

Lucas Marshall is a wellness operations professional with over 11 years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating mental health, recovery, and major life transitions. His work focuses on providing structured, continuity-based support beyond the clinical setting, helping bridge the gap between treatment recommendations and everyday life.

With a background in sober companionship, case coordination, and wellness operations, Lucas brings a calm, systems-oriented approach to care. He works closely with treatment teams, families, and referral partners to maintain alignment, accountability, and clear communication throughout the support process.

Known for his steady presence and discretion, Lucas is skilled at managing complex emotional and logistical dynamics with clarity and care. His approach is rooted in the belief that sustainable progress is built through structure, trust, and consistent relational support.
